This sample policy outlines a set of policies and procedures for compliance with United States immigration laws. The purpose of this document is to comply with the requirements of all applicable immigration laws, including the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986, as amended. To comply with the requirements of all applicable immigration laws, a company must not knowingly hire or continue to employ undocumented persons who are not authorized to work in the United States.
