Harassment and Discrimination Policy (Non-U.S.)

The purpose of this document is to increase all employees’ understanding of the company’s policies regarding discrimination and harassment in the workplace. This sample is generally applicable to many non-U.S. countries.

In this sample, the company is firmly committed to promoting equal opportunities in the workplace. All employees must abide by their policies against discrimination. Employees shall: exercise complete candor in providing facts and information to auditors, regulators and other authorized individuals; protect and maintain the confidentiality of private information pertaining to clients, employees and the company; etc.
