Diversify Workforce Audit Work Program

This audit work program evaluates a company's diversity and inclusion compliance processes. Dimensions of diversity include, but are not limited to: age, ethnicity, gender, physical abilities or qualities, race, sexual orientation, educational background, geographic location, income, marital or partner status, military experience, parental status, religious beliefs, work experience, and job classification. Audit source documents include the employee handbook, code of conduct and whistleblower policies.
